After a long hiatus, table football returned to Argentina with the first WASPA tournament held in Buenos Aires.
Eight players came together for a memorable day of competition, friendship, and passion for the game.
A huge congratulations to Gregorio Caro, who not only helped bring the local community together but also won the tournament, defeating Gerónimo Sarmiento 1-0 in the final.
Well done as well to semi-finalists Patricio Echevarrieta and Christopher Wander.
This event could mark the beginning of a new era for Subbuteo in Argentina and perhaps across South America. We hope it inspires other groups of players to organize events and help our wonderful game continue to grow.
