There is no need to say we are living in a very difficult period. Due to the coronavirus, we will not put any pressure on local organizers to host more tournaments in the next few weeks. The important thing nowadays is to stay at home and to take care of yourself and your family.

Players at the Wolverhampton tournament
Despite all this, we added 10 tournaments in the records in March. We didn't post much on the blog because it was a weird situation with many players not being sure is travelling to play a tournament was a right decision.

Fantastic turnout for the Sankt Pauli tournament
Special thanks to the Sank Pauli club in Germany for holding a great event with some foreign players. Once again our German friends did a great job.

The Wolverhampton club in England also had a good day of table football with ten players meeting in Swiss system and everyone had six games. We are very proud to see Chris Short winning his first WASPA tournament.

Players in Dublin
The Irish Championship had a good stage in Dublin with some old and new faces taking part and Mark Farrell winning another tournament.

Apologies if the results of all tournaments have not been published on the WASPA blog but you can find all details of registered results in the attached PDF file.

Maybe a few results are missing in the PDF file. If you see missing data, please get in touch so that I can correct the files.

Action in Firenze
There are not too many changes in the rankings and we don't know if there will be updates in April. We are crossing the fingers to see more WASPA action in the near future.

If some juniors (born in 2003 or later) don't appear in the ranking, it means we don't have their birthdates so please send your feedback.

Players at the Roligans tournament in Ilioupoli
Please remember you only need 3 players to register your tournament. Don't be scared to join. It's free and tournament requests can be sent by e-mail to

Keep an eye on the WASPA blog at as there are updates almost every day.

We also have a WASPA page here:

Keep in mind WASPA is also looking for partners. If you know any company ready to support us (we don’t ask for money but we want some win-win agreements so that we can promote each other), don't hesitate to contact me at or

Ideas to develop the WASPA circuit, to get new clubs/nations involved or to make things more attractive are always welcome. We stay at your disposal for more info.

Stay safe!

Yours sincerely,
