Subbuteo clubs are working to promote the game in many different countries and we are happy to receive results from several nations. Here is a summary of recent events held around Europe.

In Austria, TSC Phoenix players agreed to take part in the WASPA circuit so we are happy to receive the first results from the clubs courtesy of Alfred Strommer. The next tournament of the club will be held on February 17.
Belgium had three events last week with many good players taking part. In the Sout of the country, Noah Dirick won his first tournament at Wamme Subbuteo Club, finishing on top of a league of six players. In Manaihant, East of the country, 7 players were competing in Swiss system and Christophe dheur claimed the honors after being unbeaten. Finally, in Néchin (in the West of Belgium, if was a close fight between Matthias Averlant and Sébastien Rochez but Matthias was the winner of the evening on goal difference.
The guys of Virtus Calabria in Lamezia Terme do a great job organizing various local tournament. Vittorio Giummo won the final of the latest event against Angelo De Santis. 6 players were taking part.
In the Netherlands, the latest tournament in Gooda had a good turnout of 11 players. Every player had at least four games and after the group sessions, there were close games to decide the winner but Casey van Os was once again in a great day to beat Fabrizio Cavazza in the final.
Finally, more results from England as the Godiva players in Coventry held their latest tournament last week. Two players made their WASPA debut while Richard Grimley was the best player of the night.
