First WASPA tournament in Japan
16 players attended the first WASPA tournament held in Japan on December 31. It wasa great tournament with 12 players who are now competing for less than one year. The tournament was played in Swiss system with finals for the placings. Takafumi Kido (Shonan OSC) defeated Karibu Miwa (Yokohama OSC) 1-0 to claim the title. Kenzo Koi was the organizer of the event but he was not playing to pass his experience to the beginners. Congratulations to all and welcome to Japan in the WASPA family!
