Cape Town New Year tournament 2020
Fantastic afternoon of Subbuteo in Cape Town. In spite of a few regulars missing, we had a great turn-out that enabled us to play an event with four groups of 4.
Games were short, with first round matches only 10 minutes in length.
Really great to have 3 new returnees to the game, 5 kids playing, and a great bunch of guys (who were introduced to the game by a grandparent, and have been playing together the past few months) joining us for the first time from the northern suburbs.
Looking very much forward to our February event!
As for the results, Clinton Gahwiler defeated Sven Rademan in the final while John Fishlock and Craig Middleton made it to the semis. Shaun Clamp beat Jack Parsons in the Plate final.
Congratulations to all players for a great day of Subbuteo table football!
