16 players were present last Friday in the season opening of the "Black Devils Subbuteo", a club based in the East of Belgium. There were some big names taking part besides less experienced players from Seraing and in the end, it was with no surprise Christophe Dheur claimed the honors to win his 5th WASPA title. Dheur (SC Charleroi) defeated local player Ludovic Ponthieux (Black Devils) in the final. Pascal Scheen (Stembert) and Tony Braham (Verviers-Herve) reached the semi-finals. There will be another WASPA event in the premises of the Black Devils in October but the date is still to be confirmed.
