Two WASPA tournament have been held in Belgium this week-end and both events had a good field of players competing in Swiss system.
On Friday, 12 players met for the "Magic Team Tournai" tournament won by Geoffrey Marain. A late equalizer in the last game against Vincent Coppenolle was enough to secure the win of the night while Matthias Averlant, despite winning a game in the first session, was a deserved runner-up and Raphaël Dhondt, who started playing again a few weeks a long after a long break of more than 30 years, is a surprising third of the night.

On Saturday, games were played in Antwerp. With an unfortunate last minute dropout, 11 players were taking part including some players from the Netherlands. Matthias Averlant won all his games to win the tournament.
